The lush greenery of the city's Parc Botanique has spilled onto the terrace of The Hoxton, Brussels to create Regina's, a hidden garden delight just in time for summer.
In collaboration Veuve Clicquot, Regina's is just as vibrant, lively and joyful as a glass of their iconic champagne, with fringed parasols, cushion seating, and live DJ sets for the chicest of summer vibes. The special menu has been put together by resident chef of beloved Brussels restaurant, Cantina Valentina (also within the hotel, what are the chances...) and there is a curated drinks menu, which of course, features heavy on the fizz.
